- At NUAIMI Collective we have a No Refund policy on any customized items
Eligible For Refund & Exchange
Ready to wear pieces are eligible to exchange or refund subject too;
- Within 3 working days of purchase
- Your item must be unused and unaltered in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Exchange can only be with an item of equal or higher value than the original item
Terms & Conditions - Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of the return, a confirmation email will be sent to notify the customer of the status regarding the refund or exchange. Following the approval, a refund will be issued for the duly returned items.
- On approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Terms & Conditions -Exchanges
- Exchange is allowed only with item/s equivalent to or higher- than the original purchase, any differences will not be refunded
- All items may be exchanged within 5 working days from the delivery date.
- Exchange or refund will be provided in case of a manufacturing defect within 5 working days.
Shipping
- It must be sent to the following Address NUAIMI COLLECTIVE, MNCIS Office, Warehouse no.9, Red Crescent, Gate 2. Al Quoz Industrial 1, Dubai.
- Depending upon the location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach may vary.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s), unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
